Terms of Use

Last updated: September 6, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OSO Delivery website, mobile experience and booking platform (together, the "Service"), operated by OSO Delivery. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

OSO Delivery lets customers request price estimates and book truck and tempo transport for intercity and intracity goods movement across India, and connects customers with transport partners who fulfil those bookings. OSO Delivery facilitates this connection but is not itself the carrier for bookings fulfilled by third-party transport partners.

2. Eligibility and Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including pickup/drop addresses, goods details and contact information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTP confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Bookings, Pricing and Payment

  • Price estimates are generated based on the route, vehicle type, goods details and other inputs you provide, and may vary from the final price depending on actual load, distance, waiting time or additional services.
  • A booking is confirmed only once accepted through the Service. We may decline or cancel a booking where accurate information cannot be verified or capacity is unavailable.
  • You agree to pay all charges associated with a confirmed booking, including any applicable taxes, using the payment methods supported by the Service.

4. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled subject to the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking. Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the scheduled pickup time the cancellation is made.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You must not use the Service to transport goods that are illegal, hazardous, or prohibited under applicable law without prior disclosure and agreement.
  • You must provide accurate goods weight, dimensions and handling requirements so the correct vehicle can be assigned.
  • You must not misuse the Service, including attempting to interfere with its operation, security or availability.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSO Delivery is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, delays caused by traffic, weather or force majeure events, or acts or omissions of independent transport partners. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding and software associated with the Service are owned by or licensed to OSO Delivery and may not be copied, modified or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or misuses the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
